Shipping policy

Shipping ceramics is scary! But I take it very seriously and do my best to prevent damage in transit. 

The majority of my shipping supplies are 100% post consumer recycled paper. I am attempting to minimize the single use plastics in the packaging. 

Please get in touch if your piece arrived damaged. Send pictures of the damage so I can understand what happened and make improvements. From there we will work on a solution, either replacing the piece or working something else out.
